IFI BIJOUX Return & Refund Policy

At IFI BIJOUX, every piece is designed to move beautifully through your life. To ensure each client receives jewelry in pristine condition, we maintain a clear and respectful return policy.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are:

  • Unworn
  • Unaltered
  • In original condition
  • Returned with all packaging (jewelry box, pouch, cards)

Approved returns are refunded to the original method of payment.

Refunds

Once your return is approved and the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the refund.

Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Earrings

  • Custom or made-to-order pieces

  • Final sale items

Exchanges

Exchanges are offered within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition. If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit may be issued.

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Earrings
  • Custom or made-to-order pieces
  • One-of-a-kind designs
  • Trunk show purchases
  • Sale or promotional items

These pieces are crafted or selected specifically for you and are considered final sale.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your piece arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will take care of it promptly.

Return Shipping

  • Clients are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable, insured service.
  • IFI BIJOUX is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

How to Start a Return

  • Your order number
  • The item you wish to return or exchange
  • Photos (if relevant)

We will reply with next steps.

Trunk Show Policy

All trunk show purchases are final sale. These curated events offer exclusive pieces and immediate ownership.
