Shipping Policy — IFI BIJOUX

At IFI BIJOUX, every order is handled with care and attention to detail. Below is how we ship your pieces and what you can expect once you place your order.

1. Processing Time

Most in-stock items ship within 2–4 business days.
During holidays, trunk shows, or new collection launches, processing times may extend slightly.

Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional time. Any extended timelines will be noted in the product description.

2. Shipping Rates

IFI BIJOUX offers simple, predictable shipping:

 

  • Standard Shipping (3–4 business days): $21.95
  • Express Shipping (1–2 business days): $34.95
  • Free shipping on orders over $275

These rates apply automatically at checkout.

3. Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped exclusively through:

  • UPS
  • FedEx

We do not use USPS under any circumstances.

Carrier delays, weather issues, or service disruptions are outside our control, but we will always support you in tracking your shipment.

4. Tracking Your Order

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

5. Shipping Address Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.
IFI BIJOUX is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If you need a correction, email ifibijoux@icloud.com immediately.
Changes cannot be made once an order has shipped.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

IFI BIJOUX is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by UPS or FedEx but not received. For missing packages, please contact the carrier directly to begin an investigation. We will assist as needed.

7. International Shipping

At this time, we ship within the United States. If you are outside the U.S. and would like to place an order, please email ifibijoux@icloud.com for assistance.

8. Signature Requirements

For higher-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery for security. This will be noted at checkout.

9. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, please send photos to ifibijoux@icloud.com within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist promptly.
